My Bags are Packed... I'm Ready to Go

Ok... my bags are packed, however I think they weigh too much. I need to dump everything out, go through it and try again.

I have contacted the credit card companies to let them know if my credit cards are being used in Guatemala, its probably me and not someone who stole my information.

I have written a letter authorizing my husband to seek medical treament for my kids if necissary. Praying he wont need it. I will go crazy if something happens to my kids and I am not close by to help them.

I have signed up for overseas medical insurance... if something happens, they will life flight me out of Guatemala and bring me back to SLC at no cost.

I went the day without my flat iron, to see what my hair is going to be like there. (This could be disasterous).

I already celebrated Mother's Day with my mom and mother-in-law.

My phone now has an international plan on it... although it's still an arm/leg to call anyone.

I found out we are going on a ZipTrek tour through the jungles and volcanoes of Guatemala on our last day. That will be super cool... if someone will shove me off the platform, because I dont think I can jump off myself.

So... that's it. I think I am ready. I think I did everything I am supposed to do. I guess if I forgot something its not that important. Prayers for safe travels requested :)
